30 days return Policy

If the bowl isn’t right for you, send it back within 30 days of it arriving and we’ll refund you in full. No long explanations needed.

How it works

Just email us at soulpath9g@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on why you’re returning it. We’ll take it from there.

What we ask

Send it back in the same shape you got it — not used beyond just handling it, and in the original packaging if you still have it.

Who pays for the return shipping

If you just changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected, you’ll cover the return shipping. But if we messed up — wrong item, damaged, defective — that one’s on us, shipping included.

If something arrived broken or wrong

Email us within 7 days with a photo of the problem. We’ll either send a replacement or refund you fully, and you won’t pay a cent extra for it.

Getting your money back

Once we get the returned bowl, expect your refund within 5-10 business days, back to however you paid.

One thing worth knowing

These bowls are hammered by hand, not stamped out by a machine. So small differences in the finish, engraving, or exact tone from the photo are normal — that’s the handmade part, not a mistake. If you’re ever unsure whether something counts as an issue, just ask us. We’d rather you ask than assume.
